My name is Ferdinand. I am fascinated by psychology and personal development. The drive to constantly develop myself has been there since my youth. I was born three months premature, my organs were not fully developed, and I was predestined to be mentally handicapped.
From a young age I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism. I’ve seen a lot of doctors, psychiatrists, and psychologists for the first 2 decades of my life. They thought I’d need to go to a special school, I couldn’t sit still, I was fighting all day with the other kids but also at home. It was a difficult period, looking back.
But somehow I managed to get more grip on myself. From the age of 18 I stopped visiting psychiatrists and started to really think about life, I began reading books, and practiced different techniques and tools. to use those “labels” as superpowers. For the past 10 years I’ve practiced a lot of techniques, routines and habits of people like Tony Robbins, Tim Ferriss, Elon Musk, Napoleon Hill, Stephen Covey, Elliott Hulse, Jim Rohn, Gary Vaynerchuck, Conor McGregor, Don Miguel Ruiz and many more.
I graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance (cum laude) and gained experience in the fields of M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital. I always knew I wanted to start my own business and create more freedom of time. So I decided to quit my job to become an entrepreneur helping startups with financial modeling and investment projects.
As said before, I’m passionate about psychology, that is, understanding people. What used to be my handicap became my obsession. Furthermore I like to travel, I’ve lived in Mexico and Barcelona in the past years which have given me great life experiences. Exposing myself to new cultures and new people is something I always look forward to.
I’m grateful for Life and all the opportunities it has given me so far. The journey always continues and this is what I love the most: the process. My bigger ‘why’ is to bring positivity into this world and help other people in their life. The ‘what’ can change from time to time. Right now, my what is threefold: I help entrepreneurs with their financial challenges, I record podcasts to let others see they can achieve similar results too, and lastly I’m focusing on spreading my own story about ADHD and autism to people who have the same diagnoses or parents who have children diagnosed with these things.
